ABOUT
Who I am
My name is Kelly Brogdon Geyer. Since 2008, I have worked with organizations in various industries including financial services, construction, health insurance and telecommunications. I am an Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP®), a Certified Scrum Master, (CSM®), and I maintain a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) certification. I am also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®). My focus is on coaching organizations and teams by discovering new ways of working together and avoiding the common pitfalls that hinder that process. I enjoy continuing to expand my own knowledge about the various tools, processes and resources available.
I grew up in southern California and then lived in central Connecticut for ten years before moving to lower Austria in 2017 where I live with my husband and younger son. In January 2019, I published my first book titled FAILING AT AGILE TRANSFORMATION: How to Sabotage Your Agile Journey. It is available on my website in the Shop and on Amazon (FREE with Kindle Unlimited)!
Why I do this

I believe in helping people and organizations reach their full potential through cultural change and continuous improvement using effective coaching techniques. Sustained agile success depends on properly implementing the principles and values into your work on a daily basis. I use my knowledge, experience and influencing skills to nurture individuals and organizations through this transformation.
